Yes. We are registered by the California Department of Social Services, Home Care Services Bureau. Our registration #, HCO is 364700114

Yes. All our caregivers are registered Home Care Aides. Registration is state mandated and required before the caregiver meets the client for the first time. All our caregivers are on the public registry of Home Care Aides maintained by the California Department of Social Services.

Yes. Prior to meeting with a client, all our caregivers must undergo a health check for communicable diseases including tuberculosis. Our caregivers must also be fingerprinted and pass an FBI and DOJ criminal clearance check.

Yes. We carry a $3m aggregate professional and general liability (each) insurance policies that protect the Client and their property. We also carry a $10,000.00 Dishonesty Bond that protects the Clients valuable property like jewelry etc. Lastly, we carry extended auto insurance coverage that protects the Client when using the caregiver’s vehicle.

Yes. Workers compensation insurance is provided by State Compensation Insurance Fund, Policy # 9302057-21

Our caregivers undergo all state mandated training including entry level and annual training. Training topics include infection control, client’s rights and safety, fall prevention, how to handle emergencies, how to help with activities of daily living etc.

Aging in place refers to the ability of an older adult to grow old in their own home or that of a family member. It is the opposite of institutional residential care like a nursing home. It may also refer to the ability to stay, with extra help, in an assisted living facility.

Services can usually start 48 hours after a care plan is finalized and a service agreement is signed.

Our schedules are flexible and made to work for the family, not our Agency. We do everything to make sure that the schedule you want is the schedule you get.
