Orientation & Onboarding

Congratulations on joining our company. We are very glad and excited to have you on board and we look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship.

Next Steps

We take our employer obligations seriously and plan to comply with all relevant federal, state and local requirements pertaining to new hires in the state of California. Our priority is to give our new hires the tools they need to succeed in their careers. All new hires will be registered on the California Department of Social Services’ Home Care Aide Registry and receive relevant formal training prior to meeting with a client for the first time, all at no cost to the employee.

Our Process

New employees have the option to choose between a remote onboarding process or attend an in-person orientation session during which they will be onboarded. Fill out the form on this page to let us know how you would like to proceed.
